Meeting Frequency
The Parish Council normally meets six times each year at 1930 on the third Thursday of the following months:
January, March, May, July, September & November.
The May meeting is proceeded by the Annual Parish Meeting, and the Annual Meeting of the Parish Council, when the Chairman for the following year is elected, follows immediately after.
The dates of meetings for the following year are usually confirmed at this meeting.Everyone on the Electoral Register is welcome to the Annual Parish Meeting and may both speak and vote at it.
Everyone is welcome at Meetings of the Parish Council but only Councillors are entitled to take part in the debate and vote. It is usually possible for you to address the meeting, but you should inform the Chairman or Clerk beforehand that you wish to do so.
All meetings take place at the Reading Room unless otherwise mentioned.
